1. That MEPC at its fifty-first session, having agreed to the establishment of the Joint ILO/IMO/Basel Convention Working Group on Ship Scrapping, had approved its terms of reference, as set out in the annex to document ILO/IMO/BC WG 1/6/1;
1 - موافقة لجنة حماية البيئة البحرية في دورتها الحادية والخمسين على تشكيل فريق عامل مشترك لمنظمة العمل الدولية والمنظمة البحرية الدولية واتفاقية بازل بشأن تخريد السفن وموافقتها أيضا على صلاحياته كما ورد في مرفق الوثيقةILO/IMO/BC.WG.1/6/1 ؛

8. The Advisory Committee notes that, as listed in the annex to the report of the Secretary-General, there are 23 positions in the first category (special representatives and other high-level positions in peace-keeping or observer missions that have been authorized by the Security Council).
٨ - وتلاحظ اللجنة الاستشارية، كما ورد في مرفق تقرير اﻷمين العام، أن هنالك ٢٣ منصبا من الفئة اﻷولى )مناصب الممثلين الخاصين وغيرها من المناصب الرفيعة المستوى في بعثات حفظ السلام أو بعثات المراقبين التي أذن بها مجلس اﻷمن.

9. Decides to adopt the multi-year programme of work of the Commission for the period after 2003 as outlined in the annex to the present resolution;
