144. The provisions of this Law are outlined in the following section concerning the legal framework for the promotion of human rights.

Article 273. The import and manufacture of, trading in and carrying of weapons in violation of the provisions of this Code and of the Arms and Explosives Act shall be considered crimes and shall be punished in accordance with the relevant articles in this chapter.
المادة 273 - تعتبر من الجرائم ويُعاقب عليها وفقا للمواد ذات الصلة في هذا الفصل استيراد الأسلحة وتصنيعها والاتجار بها وحملها خلافا لأحكام هذا القانون وقانون الأسلحة والمتفجرات.

58. In consideration of the welfare of juveniles, article 20 of the Act prescribes a penalty for anyone who conceals a juvenile who, under the terms of the Act, is to be placed in the custody of a specified person or body, and for anyone who induces or assists the juvenile to abscond.
58- ورعاية للحدث عاقب القانون على من يخفي حدثاً حكم بتسليمه لشخص أو لجهة طبقاً لأحكام هذا القانون أو دفعه للفرار أو ساعده على ذلك، وفقاً للمادة 20.

Consequently anyone who has not reached that age is subject to the provisions of the Code. Civil, legal and commercial rights have been brought into line with one another by the legislature and accession thereto set at 21 years. Under article 57 of Act No. 119 of 1952, any person over 18 years of age may be authorized to undertake commercial activities.
وبالتالي، يخضع لأحكام هذا القانون كل مـن لم يبلغ هذا السن وأما عن الأهلية المدنية والتجارية فقد وحد القانون المصري بينهما بجعلها 21 سنة ميلادية مـع جواز الإذن بالتجارة لمن يبلغ 18 سنة ميلادية عملاً بنص المادة 57 من القانون رقم 119 لسنة 1952 بأحكام الولاية على المال.
