27- أوصي في استمارة المطالبات من الفئة " هاء " التي استخدمها أصحاب المطالبات لتقديم مطالباتهم بأن يقدم كل مطالب " بياناً منفصلاً يشرح فيه مطالبته ( " بيان المطالبة " ) مؤيداً بالأدلة المستندية وبأدلة مناسبة أخرى كافية لإثبات ظروف الخسائر موضوع المطالبة ومقدارها " (10).
