10. Under the circumstances, and pending submission of a comprehensive report by the Secretary-General in September, the Advisory Committee recommends that the Fifth Committee inform the General Assembly that, should the Assembly adopt draft resolution A/47/L.56, an amount of up to $19,112,600 would be required for the objects of expenditure outlined in paragraph 10 of the Secretary-General's statement.

(b) Commended the World Bank on its comprehensive report and its efforts resulting in the significant developments that had taken place since the previous session of the Commission, endorsed the composition of the newly established ICP Executive Board, and welcomed the progress achieved by the new ICP Global Office in carrying out central coordination in the worldwide work on purchasing power parities (PPP);
