The Executive Board shall develop an indicative list of simplified methodologies for selected types of small-scale afforestation and reforestation project activities under the clean development mechanism (CDM), in accordance with the following guidance.

Once the Executive Board has approved the new baseline or monitoring methodology, it shall make it publicly available, together with any relevant guidance and the DOE may proceed with the validation of the proposed afforestation or reforestation project activity under the CDM.
وحالما يقر المجلس التنفيذي المنهجية الجديدة لخط الأساس أو الرصد يجعلها متاحة للجمهور ومعها أية إرشادات ذات صلة، ويجوز للكيان التشغيلي المعين أن يبدأ المصادقة على نشاط المشروع المقترح للتحريج أو إعادة التحريج في إطار آلية التنمية النظيفة.
