In accordance with instructions received from the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I have the honour to inform you that the Republic of Armenia is taking steps to operate Khojaly Airport in, and illegally use the airspace over, the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan currently occupied by the Armenian armed forces.
وفقا للتعليمات الواردة من حكومة جمهورية أذربيجان، أتشرف بأن أبلغكم بأن جمهورية أرمينيا تتخذ حاليا خطوات ترمي إلى تشغيل مطار خوجالي الواقع في أراض لجمهورية أذربيجان تحتلها حاليا القوات المسلحة الأرمينية، وإلى استخدام المجال الجوي الواقع فوق تلك الأراضي استخداما غير قانوني.

In this regard, in accordance with instructions received from the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I have the honour to draw your attention to some facts testifying to the organization and implementation by Armenia of terrorist acts against Azerbaijan (see annex).

١٥ - أعرب عن تأييد للمبدأ الذي مفاده أن بطلان الاحالة لا ينبغي أن يشكل خطرا على ابراء ذمة المدين الذي يدفع ما عليه وفقا للتعليمات الواردة في الاشعار .

19. The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, i.e. the Republic of Montenegro, has been making maximum efforts in order to resolve the territorial dispute with the Republic of Croatia over Prevlaka through direct diplomatic negotiations, in compliance with the instructions contained in the relevant Security Council resolutions.
١٩ - تبذل جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية، أي جمهورية الجبل اﻷسود، أقصى جهود ممكنة بغية تسوية النزاع اﻹقليمي مع جمهورية كرواتيا بشأن بريفلاكا من خلال المفاوضات الدبلوماسية المباشرة، امتثالا للتعليمات الواردة في قرارات مجلس اﻷمن ذات الصلة.

In accordance with the instructions from Headquarters, the contingent implicated in fuel embezzlement has been repatriated from the Force.
