It is time for the Israeli side to understand that these policies must be immediately halted and reversed. Closures and seizures must stop immediately. Clearly, it is impossible to speak of regional cooperation or to achieve meaningful results at economic regional summits while the Palestinian economy is being destroyed.
لقد آن اﻷوان للجانب اﻹسرائيلي ﻷن يتفهم أن هذه السياسات والممارسات لا بد وأن تتوقف فورا وينتهي اﻹغلاق والحصـــار وقيـــوده الجائـــرة، إذ أنه ضرب من ضروب المستحيل أن نتحـــدث عن التعاون اﻹقليمي أو نترقب نتائج هامة لقمم التعاون الاقتصادي في الوقت الذي يتم فيه تدمير الاقتصاد الفلسطيني.
