73. On a related matter, paragraph 7 of article 16 provides that extradition shall be subject to the conditions provided for by the domestic law of the requested State Party or by applicable extradition treaties, including, inter alia, conditions related to the minimum penalty requirement.
73- وفي مسألة ذات صلة، تنص الفقرة 7 من المادة 16 على أن تسليم المجرمين يكون خاضعا للشروط التي ينص عليها القانون الداخلي للدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب أو معاهدات تسليم المجرمين المنطبقة، بما في ذلك الشرط المتعلق بالحد الأدنى للعقوبة.

2. The requested State Party may, instead of postponing surrender, temporarily surrender the person sought to the requesting State Party in accordance with conditions to be determined between the Parties.
2 - يجوز للدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب، عوضاً عن تأجيل عملية التسليم، أن تسلِّم الشخص المطلوب بصفة مؤقتة للدولة الطرف الطالبة وفق شروط يجري تحديدها بين الدولتين الطرفين.

(d) If it would be contrary to the fundamental principles of the legal system of the requested State Party relating to mutual legal assistance for the request to be granted;
