177. Broad support was expressed in favour of approving in principle the key objectives and major policies of the draft legislative guide, while noting that the work had not yet been completed and some further development and refinement would be required.

وأشير الى أن جدول المحتويات المشروح الوارد في الوثيقة A/CN.9/438 كان قد أعد من جانب اﻷمانة بغرض تمكين اللجنة من وضع قرار مدروس بشأن الهيكل المقترح لمشروع الدليل التشريعي ومحتوياته .

16. It was pointed out that the annotated table of contents (A/CN.9/444) had been prepared by the Secretariat for the purpose of enabling the Commission to make an informed decision on the proposed structure of the draft legislative guide and its contents.

5. Recommends also the continued collaboration between Working Group V (Insolvency Law) and Working Group VI (Security Interests) in finalizing the draft legislative guide on insolvency law;
