The meeting recommended developing a commentary on the Bangalore Principles of Judicial Conduct to enhance their practical use to States.

2. Invites Member States, consistent with their domestic legal systems, to continue to encourage their judiciaries to take into consideration the Bangalore Principles of Judicial Conduct when reviewing or developing rules with respect to the professional and ethical conduct of members of the judiciary;

Looks forward to the imminent finalization of the commentary on the Bangalore Principles of Judicial Conduct and commends the work of the open-ended intergovernmental expert group established pursuant to Economic and Social Council resolution 2006/23 of 27 July 2006 and the Judicial Group on Strengthening Judicial Integrity;
3- يتطلّع إلى الانتهاء الوشيك من إعداد التعليق على مبادئ بانغالور بشأن سلوك الجهاز القضائي، ويشيد بالعمل الذي قام به فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية الذي أُنشئ عملا بقرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2006/23، المؤرخ 27 تموز/يوليه 2006، وفريق القضاة المعني بتدعيم نـزاهة القضاء؛

11. Requests the Secretariat to submit the Bangalore Principles on Judicial Conduct and the commentary on the Bangalore Principles to the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption at its second session;
11- يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تقدّم إلى مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد، في دورته الثانية، نص مبادئ بانغالور بشأن سلوك الجهاز القضائي والتعليق عليها؛

2. Emphasizes that the Bangalore Principles of Judicial Conduct represent a further development and are complementary to the Basic Principles on the Independence of the Judiciary, endorsed by the General Assembly in its resolutions 40/32 and 40/146;
2- يؤكّد على أن مبادئ بانغالور بشأن سلوك الجهاز القضائي تمثّل تطويرا إضافيا وتكميلا للمبادئ الأساسية بشأن استقلالية الجهاز القضائي، التي أقرّتها الجمعية العامة في قراريها 40/32 و40/146؛

7. Also invites Member States to submit to the Secretary-General their views regarding the Bangalore Principles of Judicial Conduct and to suggest revisions, as appropriate;
