٣ - وباﻹضافة الى الوثائق المذكورة في الفقرة ٣ من الوثيقة A/50/844 كان معروضا على اللجنة تقرير لجنة الخدمة المدنية الدولية عن عام ١٩٩٥: شروط الخدمة لموظفي الفئة الفنية والفئات العليا: دراسة مبدأ نوبلمير وتطبيقه (A/50/30/Add.1).

The General Assembly takes note of the report of the International Civil Service Commission for the year 1995: Conditions of service of the Professional and higher categories: examination of the Noblemaire principle and its application 1/ and decides to defer consideration of the report to the fifty-first session of the General Assembly.
