19 - وإننا نؤكد ضرورة تعزيز الأونكتاد الذي يشكل جهة التنسيق في داخل الأمم المتحدة للمعالجة المتكاملة لقضايا التجارة والتنمية، باعتباره عنصراً حيوياً من عناصر النظام الاقتصادي الدولي وذلك كي يضطلع اضطلاعاً كاملاً بتنفيذ ولايته في مجال تحليل السياسة وتقديم المشورة بشأنها، وأداء دوره اللازم للتوصل إلى توافق في الآراء بشأن مسائل التنمية، وتنفيذ أنشطته في مجال المساعدة التقنية وبناء القدرات.

19. At the same time, it noted the expectations of Tonga in terms of technical assistance and capacitybuilding and indicated that this should be considered with the greatest diligence by OHCHR in order to assist Tonga in its efforts to build a democracy and ensure the promotion and protection of human rights.
