29- لعلّ اللجنة تودّ أن تحيط علما بالمعلومات الواردة في هذه الوثيقة، وأن تلاحظ التقدّم المحرز في تنفيذ مقرّر المؤتمر العام م ع-13/م-15 ومقرّر مجلس التنمية الصناعية م ت ص-38/م-4.

Regarding the 2012-2013 programme and budgets, the Group endorsed Industrial Development Board decision 39/Dec.7.

The draft resolution before the Committee was a follow-up both to Industrial Development Board decision IDB.27/Dec.8 and to resolution 57/237 of the General Assembly of the United Nations.
ومشروع القرار المعروض على اللجنة هو متابعة لمقرر مجلس التنمية الصناعية م ت ص-27/م-8 وكذلك لقرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة 237/57.

وفي الآونة الأحدث عهدا، عُرضت على المؤتمر العام في دورته العاشرة الوثيقة IDB.27/9-PBC.19/9، وكذلك مقرر مجلس التنمية الصناعية م ت ص-27/م-6.

The draft resolution constituted a follow-up to decision IDB.30/Dec.8 of the Industrial Development Board and resolution GC.10/Res.8 of the General Conference and was intended to address the problem of unequal development in the Latin American and Caribbean region.
وأضاف أن مشروع القرار هو متابعة لمقرر مجلس التنمية الصناعية م ت ص-30/م-8 ولقرار المؤتمر العام م ع-10/ق-8، والغرض منه هو تناول مشكلة التنمية غير المتساوية في منطقة أمريكا اللاتينية والكاريبـي.
