2. After the cessation of active hostilities and as soon as feasible, each High Contracting Party and party to an armed conflict shall mark and clear, remove or destroy cluster munition remnants in affected territories under its control.
2- بعد توقف الأعمال الحربية الفعلية، يقوم كل طرف من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية وطرف في نزاع مسلح، في أقرب وقت ممكن، بوضع علامات لتحديد مخلفات الذخائر العنقودية في الأقاليم المتأثرة بها التي تخضع لسيطرته وإزالتها أو سحبها أو تدميرها.
