Also calls upon the Government of Iraq to cooperate with United Nations human rights mechanisms, in particular by receiving a return visit by the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights to Iraq and allowing the stationing of human rights monitors throughout Iraq pursuant to the relevant resolutions of the General Assembly and the Commission on Human Rights;
٣ - تطلب أيضا إلى حكومة العراق أن تتعاون مع آليات اﻷمم المتحدة لحقوق اﻹنسان، ولا سيما بقبول عودة المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان إلى زيارة العراق، وبالسماح بوضع مراقبين لحقوق اﻹنسان في جميع أنحاء العراق عملا بالقرارات ذات الصلة الصادرة عن الجمعية العامة ولجنة حقوق اﻹنسان؛

10. Welcomes the sending of human rights monitors to the border between Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran, and calls upon the Government of Iraq to allow immediate and unconditional stationing of human rights monitors throughout the country, especially the southern marsh area;
١٠ - ترحب بإيفاد مراقبين لحقوق الانسان إلى الحدود بين العراق وجمهورية إيران اﻹسلامية، وتطلب إلى حكومة العراق أن تسمح، فورا ودون شروط، بوضع مراقبين لحقوق اﻹنسان في جميع أنحاء البلد، وبخاصة في منطقة اﻷهوار؛
