٢ - تقرر أيضا أن تخول لرئيس اﻷمانة المؤقتة، تحت سلطة اﻷمين العام، إمكانية استخدام الصندوق الاستئماني، حسب الاقتضاء، لكي يدعم مشاركة ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية في أعمال الدورة اﻷولى لمؤتمر اﻷطراف.

2.
