26 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والستين تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار وأن يضمن ذلك التقرير تحليلا شاملا وموضوعيا عن مشاكل الديون الخارجية وخدمة الديون التي تواجه البلدان النامية؛

Reaffirming the need to consider further measures, as appropriate, for dealing with the external debt and debt-servicing problems of developing countries in an effective, equitable and development-oriented manner, in order to help them to exit from the rescheduling process and unsustainable debt burdens, and welcoming the efforts already made in this regard,
وإذ تؤكد من جديد الحاجة إلى اتخاذ مزيد من التدابير، بحسب الاقتضاء، لمعالجة مشاكل الديون الخارجية وخدمة الديون التي تواجهها البلدان النامية بصورة فعالة ومنصفة وذات وجهة إنمائية، وذلك بهدف مساعدتها على الخروج من عملية إعادة جدولة الديون والتخلص من أعباء الديون التي لا طاقة لها بها، وترحب أيضا بالجهود التي بذلت في هذا الصدد،

Reaffirming the urgent need for further implementation in an effective, equitable and development-oriented way of existing mechanisms for the treatment of the external debt and debt-servicing problems of developing countries in order to help them exit from the rescheduling process and unsustainable debt burdens, and, in this context, stressing the need to agree upon equitable burden-sharing among the international public creditor community,
وإذ تعيد تأكيد الحاجة الماسة إلى تنفيذ اﻵليات القائمة بطريقة فعالة ومنصفة وإنمائية المنحى إلى مدى أبعد، من أجل معالجة مشاكل الديون الخارجية وخدمة الديون التي تواجهها البلدان النامية، بغية مساعدتها على التخلص من عملية إعادة الجدولة ومن أعباء الديون الباهظة، وتشدد في هذا السياق على ضرورة الموافقة على تقاسم اﻷعباء بصورة منصفة فيما بين أوساط الدائنين العامين الدوليين،
