25. The Secretary-General is proposing the upward reclassification of one P-2 Associate Procurement Officer in the Procurement Section to a P-3 Procurement Officer, which would allow the Section to review and approve significant purchases in the absence of the Field Service post, currently at the FS-6 level, which is proposed for conversion to national General Service, as indicated in para. 23 above.
