Tunisia referred to national decrees regulating the exploitation of forest areas and provided information on national legislation dealing with trafficking in rare or endangered species of fauna and flora.
36- أشارت تونس إلى مراسم وطنية بشأن التنظيم الرقابي لاستغلال مناطق الأحراج، وقدّمت معلومات عن التشريعات الوطنية التي تتناول مسألة الاتجار غير المشروع بأنواع الحيوانات والنباتات البرّية النادرة أو المهدّدة بالانقراض.

18. The Committee regrets the absence of information on national legislation prohibiting the trade and export of small arms and light weapons as well as military assistance to countries where children are, or have been involved in armed conflict.

Serbia provided information on national legislation regulating the detection, prosecution and adjudication of criminal offences against the safety of computer data, as well as crimes related to intellectual property, sexual offences and crimes against the public peace and the constitutional order involving computer networks, systems and data.

The study is based on data for 195 countries, including information on the national legislation governing child adoption, on the age requirements that prospective parents must meet in order to adopt, on the number of domestic and intercountry adoptions and on that of adoptions by step-parents.
