With this proviso, the following methodologies have been approved and are ready to be used by project proponents to develop CDM project activities:

At its first meeting following COP 9, in order to facilitate the submission of new methodologies for afforestation and reforestation project activities by project proponents, the Board agreed to establish, in accordance with paragraph 18 of the CDM modalities and procedures, an expert working group on afforestation and reforestation activities (A/R WG).
