132. The Special Rapporteur wishes to place on record the cooperation of the Rapporteur of the Advisory Council for Human Rights in making it possible for him to meet with the entire group of detainees in this significant case.

During the final meeting with the Rapporteur of the Advisory Council for Human Rights, the Special Rapporteur transmitted a list of selected cases of allegations of human rights violations for the Government's follow-up action.

133. The Special Rapporteur conveyed his concerns about the conditions in which the detainees were being kept to the Rapporteur of the Advisory Council for Human Rights, who immediately transmitted to the relevant authorities his request for the transfer of the detainees from the military headquarters to a regular prison, the improvement of their food rations, proper medical care for them and the possibility of receiving visits.
133- ونقل المقرر الخاص قلقه إزاء الظروف التي يخضع لها المحتجزون إلى مقرر المجلس الاستشاري لحقوق الإنسان، الذي سارع بإبلاغ السلطات المختصة بطلبه نقل المحتجزين من مقر القيادة العسكرية إلى سجن عادي، وبتحسين حصصهم الغذائية وتوفير الرعاية الطبية الملائمة لهم والسماح لهم بتلقي زيارات.

On 19 June 2013, the Panel met the Rapporteur of the Advisory Council for Human Rights and the National Commission for International Humanitarian Law, who stated that the Government of the Sudan was unable to freeze the assets of any designated individual or to deny him or her permission to travel without a court order.
وفي 19 حزيران/يونيه 2013، اجتمع الفريق مع مقرر المجلس الاستشاري لحقوق الإنسان واللجنة الوطنية للقانون الدولي الإنساني. وأفاد هذا المسؤول بأن حكومة السودان غير قادرة على تجميد أصول أي فرد من الأفراد المدرجة أسماؤهم في قائمة الجزاءات أو على عدم السماح لهم بالسفر دون أمر من المحكمة.

At a meeting with Dr. Abdulmuneim Osman Mohamed Taha, Rapporteur of the Advisory Council on Human Rights, and his colleagues, the Panel was presented with the reconciliation agreement signed by tribal leaders in relation to a significant attack at Hamada in January 2005.
وفي اجتماع مع عبد المنعم عثمان محمد طه مقرر المجلس الاستشاري لحقوق الإنسان في الخرطوم وزملائه، عُرض على الفريق اتفاق المصالحة الذي وقعه زعماء القبائل فيما يتعلق بهجوم كبير على حمادة في كانون الثاني/يناير() 2005.
