9. The Human Rights Committee, acting under article 5, paragraph 4, of the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, is of the view that the facts before it disclose a violation of article 7 of the Covenant, read independently and in conjunction with article 2, paragraph 3, of the Covenant.
9- وترى اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، إذ تتصرف بموجب الفقرة 4 من المادة 5 من البروتوكول الاختياري الملحق بالعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، أن الوقائع المعروضة عليها تكشف عن وقوع انتهاك للمادة 7 من العهد، مقروءةً بمفردها وبالاقتران مع الفقرة 3 من المادة 2 من العهد.

The Committee is therefore of the opinion that the facts before it also reveal a violation of article 7 of the Covenant, read alone and in conjunction with article 2, paragraph 3, with regard to the author's wife and their two children.

8- وتلاحظ اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، وهي تتصرف بمقتضى الفقرة 4 من المادة 5 من البروتوكول الاختياري الملحق بالعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، أن الوقائع المعروضة عليها تنم عن وقوع انتهاك للمادة 7 وللفقرتين 1 و3 من المادة 9، مقروءةً بمفردها وبالاقتران مع الفقرة 3 من المادة 2 من العهد، وللفقـرة 1 من المادة 10 من العهد.

8-9 واللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، إذ تتصرف بموجب الفقرة 4 من المادة 5 من البروتوكول الاختياري الملحق بالعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، ترى أن الوقائع المعروضة عليها تكشف عن وقوع انتهاك لحقوق صاحب البلاغ بموجب أحكام المادة 7 والمادة 9 والفقرة 1 من المادة 10 مقروءةً بمفردها وبالاقتران مع الفقرة 3 من المادة 2 من العهد في حق صاحب البلاغ.
