Art. 13. In addition to exercising the powers authorized by this Decree, the Government Procurator for the Prison System may:

The concern was expressed that the words " division of the exercise of powers " at the beginning of paragraph (c) suggested that the legal obligations of insolvency representatives could be reduced.
55- وأُعرب عن شاغل مؤداه أن عبارة " تقسيم ممارسة الصلاحيات " الواردة في بداية الفقرة (ج) توحي بأن الالتزامات القانونية لممثلي الإعسار يمكن تقليصها.

244. There are rigorous requirements and safeguards to ensure that the new powers are exercised reasonably.

Throughout the period of implementation of the new organization, New Caledonia shall receive State aid in the form of technical assistance and training and the funding necessary for the exercise of the powers transferred and for economic and social development.
