A roll-call vote was then requested by the representative of Oman on the proposal of the representative of Ireland, which was carried by a vote of 9 to 4, with 3 abstentions. The voting was as follows:

91. The representative of Oman expressed regret that certain documentation was not available in Arabic for the Commission's session, while available in other languages.

5. At the 41st meeting, on 26 November, the representative of Oman, on behalf of Oman, the United States of America and Yemen, introduced a draft resolution, entitled " Assistance to Yemen " (A/C.2/48/L.29).
٥ - في الجلسة ٤١، المعقودة في ٢٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر، قدم ممثل عمان بالنيابة عن عمان والولايات المتحدة اﻷمريكية واليمن مشروع قرار بعنوان " تقديم المساعدة إلى اليمن " (A/C.2/48/L.29).

1. The Chairman said that the representative of Oman had asked to address the Committee under rule 43 of the rules of procedure regarding the proposal contained in documents A/57/235 and A/57/235/Add.1 concerning the global road safety crisis.
