Since medical conditions requiring exceptions to the standards of air travel are, in fact, limited disabilities of a temporary or chronic nature, the Secretary-General considers such exceptions to be fully in line with the principles established by the Assembly regarding positive and full inclusion of persons with disabilities in all aspects of society and the leadership role of the United Nations therein.

١٠٠ - في الجلسة العامة ٤٣، المعقودة في ٢٧ تموز/يوليه، اعتمد المجلس مشروع القرار المعنون " إدماج المصابين بحالات عجز إدماجا إيجابيا كاملا في جميع مناحي المجتمع ودور اﻷمم المتحدة الرائد في هذا المجال " ، الذي أوصت به اللجنة )E/1993/106، الفقرة ٥٣، مشروع القرار الرابع(. وللاطلاع على النص النهائي، انظر قرار المجلس ١٩٩٣/٢١.

(c) Since the launch in May 2007 of the landmark global partnership between UNESCO and the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour to further gender equality and promote women's leadership in all spheres of society, a substantial amount of funds have been raised and a series of programmes has been established.

10. The Committee urges the State party to review the proposed draft bill with a view to ensuring its full harmonization with the provisions of article 5 of the Convention, and to take all appropriate steps to ensure that reasonable accommodation is provided in all spheres of society, in both public and professional contexts, without any exemption, based on the principle of equal opportunities for all.
10- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مراجعة مشروع القانون المقترح لضمان مواءمته مواءمة تامة مع أحكام المادة 5 من الاتفاقية، واتخاذ جميع الإجراءات المناسبة لضمان توفير الترتيبات التيسيرية المعقولة في جميع مناحي المجتمع في السياقين العام والمهني على حد سواء دون أي استثناء، وذلك استناداً إلى مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص بين الجميع.
