5- وفي الحالات التي يتبين فيها للجنة مناهضة التعذيب أن أعمالاً انتقامية بدأت ضد منظمات غير حكومية أو أفراد بسبب تعاونهم مع اللجنة و/أو مشاركتهم في أعمالها، على النحو المذكور آنفاً، للجنة أن تقرر تقييم الوضع استناداً إلى أحكام المادة 13 والتوصيات المقدمة من المقررَيْن المعنيين بمسألة الأعمال الانتقامية.
