5 - ويقوم كل من منظمة العمل الدولية وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي بمساعدة وزارة العمل والإدماج المجتمعي في تنمية الكفاءات والمنهجيات والأدوات اللازمة لتقديم خدمات توظيف فعالة، وتعزيز قدرة جهات تقديم التدريب القائمة في المناطق الريفية والحضرية، وتمكين المجتمعات عن طريق توفير المهارات والدعم لتنمية المشاريع المتناهية الصغر والدعم الابتدائي.
