٣ - تطلب أيضا الى الدول اتخاذ إجراءات لكفالة الحصول على تأييد رسمي من جانب كل منظمة دولية مختصة لما يتصل بولاية هذه المنظمات من أجزاء برنامج العمل العالمي وﻹيلائها الأولوية الملائمة لتنفيذ برنامج العمل العالمي في برنامج أنشطة كل منظمة؛

٣ - تؤكد أيضا الحاجة إلى اتخاذ الدول اﻹجراءات الكفيلة بتأمين تأييد رسمي من جانب كل منظمة دولية مختصة ﻷجزاء برنامج العمل العالمي التي تتصل بولاياتها ومنح اﻷولوية الملائمة لتنفيذ برنامج العمل العالمي في برنامج عمل كل منظمة؛

8. Further requests the Executive Director to communicate with the governing bodies of the relevant organizations and programmes, recommending that each competent international organization formally endorse those parts of the Global Programme of Action that are relevant to its mandate, and that each organization accord appropriate priority to the implementation of the Global Programme of Action in its work programme;
٨ - يطلب كذلك إلى المديرة التنفيذية الاتصال باﻷجهزة اﻹدارية للمنظمات والبرامج المختصة، وتوصيتها بالتأييد الرسمي من جانب كل منظمة دولية مختصة ﻷجزاء برنامج العمل العالمي الداخلة في ولاية كل منها مع إعطاء اﻷولوية المناسبة لتنفيذ برنامج العمل العالمي في برنامج عمل كل منظمة؛

(b) Such notification shall be effected either by the State of origin itself or through an international organization with competence in that area if the transboundary effects of an activity may extend to more than one State which the State of origin might have difficulty identifying.
