٦ - وفي إعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجين اللذين اعتمدهما المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة عام ١٩٩٥، طلبت الدول اﻷعضاء إلى اﻷمم المتحدة تقديم " المساعدة التقنية المناسبة وغيرها من أشكال المساعدة إلى البلدان ذات الاقتصادات التي تجتاز مرحلة انتقالية، وأن تقدم لها تلك المساعدة تسهيلا لحل مشاكلها المحددة فيما يتعلق بالنهوض بالمرأة " .
