١٥ - تناشد جميع الدول والمؤسسات والبرامج التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، والوكالات المتخصصة، وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية أن توفر المساعدة اﻹنسانية لجميع المحتاجين إليها بمجرد أن تسمح الحالة على أرض الواقع بذلك، وأن يشكل ذلك جزءا من الجهد العام المبذول ﻹرساء السلام؛

20. Appeals to Member States, organizations and programmes of the United Nations system, specialized agencies and other international organizations to ensure that all United Nations operations integrate a gender perspective, including in the selection of personnel for their management, and that women benefit equally with men from such programmes;
20 - تناشد الدول الأعضاء ومؤسسات وبرامج منظومة الأمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية أن تكفل إدماج منظور جنساني في جميع عمليات الأمم المتحدة، بما في ذلك في مجال اختيار موظفين لإداراتها، وأن تستفيد المرأة من هذه البرامج على قدم المساواة مع الرجل؛

13. Calls upon the Governments of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States as well as international organizations to further strengthen their cooperation with non-governmental organizations and increase their involvement in the implementation of the outcome and follow-up of the Conference;
١٣ - تطلب من حكومات بلدان رابطة الدول المستقلة وكذلك من المنظمات الدولية أن تواصل تعزيز تعاونها مع المنظمات غير الحكومية وأن تعمل على زيادة إشراكها في تنفيذ نتائج المؤتمر ومتابعة أعماله؛

The Council welcomes the steps taken by regional organizations in this regard and requests the United Nations system and other international organizations to provide them with the necessary support, and to consider means for the reinforcement of national capacities.
ويرحب المجلس بالخطوة التي اتخذتها الـمنظمات الإقليمية في هذا الصدد ويطلب إلى منظومة الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية أن تزودها بالدعم الضروري، وأن تنظر في الوسائل الكفيلة بتعزيز القدرات الوطنية.

١٥ - تناشد جميع الدول والمؤسسات والبرامج التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية أن تستأنف توفير المساعدة اﻹنسانية لجميع المحتاجين إليها بمجرد أن تسمح بذلك الحالة على أرض الواقع؛

20. Appeals to Member States, organizations and programmes of the United Nations system, specialized agencies and other international organizations to ensure that all United Nations operations integrate a gender perspective, including in the selection of personnel for their management, and that women benefit equally with men from such programmes;
20 - تناشد الدول الأعضاء ومؤسسات وبرامج منظومة الأمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية أن تعمل على كفالة أن تتضمن جميع عمليات الأمم المتحدة منظورا جنسانيا، وبوجه خاص في مجال اختيار موظفين في إداراتها وأن تستفيد المرأة من هذه البرامج على قدم المساواة مع الرجل؛

Decide to continue to hold follow-up conferences and other meetings on development cooperation with MICs on a yearly basis and call on the United Nations system and other international organizations to support these endeavors.
21 - نقرر أن نواصل بصفة سنوية عقد مؤتمرات للمتابعة واجتماعات أخرى تتناول التعاون مع البلدان المتوسطة الدخل لأغراض التنمية، ونهيب بمنظومة الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية أن تقدم الدعم لهذه المساعي.

18. Appeals to all States, organizations and programmes of the United Nations system, specialized agencies and other international organizations to provide humanitarian assistance to all in need, and urges all Afghan parties to ensure free, safe and unhindered access to all humanitarian personnel, as part of an overall effort to achieve peace;
18 - تناشد جميع الدول والمؤسسات والبرامج التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة، والوكالات المتخصصة، وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية أن توفر المساعدة الإنسانية لجميع المحتاجين إليها، وتحث جميع الأطراف الأفغانية على كفالة الوصول إلى جميع موظفي المساعدة الإنسانية بحرية وسلامة ودون معوقات، كجزء من الجهد العام المبذول لتحقيق السلام؛

52. The obligation to protect requires international organizations to ensure that their partners, whether states or private actors, including transnational corporations, do not violate the right to food, including in cases where concessions and contracts are granted, or in common projects that could threaten people's livelihoods and food security.
الالتزام بالحماية 52 - يتطلب الالتزام بالحماية من المنظمات الدولية أن تضمن ألا ينتهك شركاؤها، سواء أكانوا دولا أم جهات خاصة بما في ذلك الشركات عبر الوطنية، الحق في الغذاء، بما في ذلك الحالات التي تُمنح فيها الامتيازات والعقود، أو في المشاريع العامة التي يمكن أن تهدد سبل المعيشة والأمن الغذائي للشعب.

In this respect, the Hyogo Framework calls upon IATF/ISDR and other international organizations to develop a matrix of their roles and initiatives for implementing the Hyogo Framework by location and sector with measurable indicators for the achievement of common goals at international and national levels.

ومما له أهمية مساوية الحاجة الى تعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية المتوازنة ومساعدة اﻷقاليم على تحقيق أعلى مستوى من الاكتفاء الذاتي؛ وينبغي للوكالات المتخصصة التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية أن تشارك في هذه العملية.

84. United Nations organizations and other international organizations should make greater efforts to integrate disarmament, humanitarian and development activities.
84 - على الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية أن تبذل جهدا أكبر لتحقيق التكامل بين الأنشطة المتعلقة بنزع السلاح والأنشطة الإنسانية والإنمائية.

(j) United Nations agencies and other international organizations should translate programme and project documents and publications that are relevant to indigenous peoples into indigenous languages.
(ي) ينبغي للوكالات التابعة للأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية أن تترجم وثائق البرامج والمشاريع والمنشورات المتصلة بالشعوب الأصلية إلى لغات تلك الشعوب.
