Upon instructions from my Government and on the basis of Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, I have the honour to bring the following to your attention:

I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the Government of Kyrgyzstan, to express the deep gratitude of my Government to all international organizations that have taken an active part in solving children's problems in Kyrgyzstan.
وأود أن أغتنم هذه الفرصة، باسم حكومة قيرغيزستان، لأعرب عن الامتنان العميق من حكومة بلدي لجميع المنظمات الدولية التي أدت دوراً فعَّالاً في حل مشاكل الأطفال في قيرغيزستان.

Upon instructions from my Government and following my letters dated 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24 and 25 April 2012, I would like to draw your attention to the following:

In this connection, the important initiative taken by the Government of Japan, a prominent member of the G-7, to urgently address Africa's development has the highest commendation of my Government and the appreciation of all African States.
وفي هذا الصدد، فإن المبادرة الهامة التي اتخذتها حكومة اليابان، وهي عضو بارز في مجموعة اﻟ ٧، لمعالجة التنمية في أفريقيا معالجة فوريـة تلقى أعظم ثناء من حكومة بلدي وترحيبا من كل الدول اﻷفريقية.

Therefore, I would submit that I would need the instructions of my Government to state our position regarding it and consequently, at this point, I cannot say that we accept this document.
لذا، أتصور أني أحتاج إلى تعليمات من حكومة بلدي للإعراب عن موقفنا منها، ومن ثم لا أستطيع في هذه المرحلة أن أقول إننا نقبل هذه الوثيقة.

Mr. Swe (Myanmar): First of all, I wish to extend the heartfelt condolences of my Government to the Government and people of Algeria and to the families of United Nations staff in connection with the recent tragic loss of life as the result of a dastardly terrorist attack.
