Accordingly, the Security Council adopted resolution 1973 (2011) with a view to protecting the lives of the innocent, because that is the role of the United Nations, in conformity with Chapter VII of its Charter.

٨٣ - طلب الى اﻷمم المتحدة بمقتضى المادة ٥٥ من ميثاقها العمل على رفع مستويات المعيشة وإتاحة فرص العمل للجميع وتعزيز الظروف الملائمة للتقدم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والتنمية.
