Mindful of the importance of assisting victims of sexual exploitation and abuse committed by United Nations staff and related personnel,
وإدراكا منها لأهمية مساعدة ضحايا جرائم الاستغلال والانتهاك الجنسيين التي يرتكبها موظفو الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطون بها،

It is a transgression of the most egregious kind when United Nations staff and related personnel themselves sexually exploit or abuse members of the population they have come to protect and serve.
وإنه لمن أبشع أنواع الانتهاكات أن يقوم موظفو الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطون بها أنفسهم بالاستغلال الجنسي أو الإيذاء الجنسي لأفراد السكان الذين قدموا لحمايتهم وخدمتهم.

Also reiterating its support for the implementation of a comprehensive approach throughout the United Nations system to assist victims of sexual exploitation and abuse by United Nations staff and related personnel which should be provided in an appropriate and reliable manner,
وإذ تكرر أيضا تأكيد تأييدها لتنفيذ نهج شامل على نطاق منظومة الأمم المتحدة لمساعدة ضحايا جرائم الاستغلال والانتهاك الجنسيين التي يرتكبها موظفو الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطون بها، وهي المساعدة التي ينبغي تقديمها بطريقة مناسبة وموثوقة،

2. The Strategy also enables the United Nations system to facilitate, coordinate and provide, as appropriate, the assistance and support to victims of sexual exploitation and abuse by United Nations staff and related personnel.

Condemning the increasing attacks against humanitarian workers, and underlining the need for all parties to ensure safe and unhindered access of all humanitarian actors, including United Nations staff and associated personnel, and comply fully with applicable international humanitarian law,
وإذ يدين الهجمات المتزايدة على أفراد المساعدة الإنسانية، وإذ يؤكد ضرورة ضمان جميع الأطراف لوصول كافة الجهات الإنسانية الفاعلة دون عرقلة، بما فيها موظفو الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطون بها والتقيد التام بالقانون الإنساني الدولي الواجب التطبيق،
