3. The Republic of Armenia appeals to the authorities of Nagorny Karabakh to participate in the CSCE Minsk Group consultations being held in Rome.
٣ - وتناشد جمهورية أرمينيا سلطات ناغورني كاراباخ المشاركة في مشاورات فريق مينسك التابع لمؤتمر اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا الجارية في روما.

My representative to the Security Council has regularly reported to the Council on the situation in and around Nagorny Karabakh as well as on the efforts of the CSCE Minsk Group.

We support the peace-keeping activities of the CSCE Minsk Group and the Russian Federation, and favour the consolidation of their efforts against any kind of competition in the process of settling the conflict.
ونحن نؤيد أنشطة حفظ السلم التي يضطلع بها فريق مينسك التابع لمؤتمر اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا والاتحاد الروسي، ونحبذ تعزيز جهودهما في مواجهة أي نوع من المنافسة في عملية تسوية النزاع.

The European Union requests the opposing parties to resume current negotiations immediately under the aegis of the CSCE Minsk Group and fully backs those negotiations.
والاتحاد اﻷوروبي يطلب من اﻷطراف المتنازعة استئناف المفاوضات الراهنة فورا تحت رعاية فريق مينسك التابع لمؤتمر اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا ويؤيد هذه المفاوضات تأييدا كاملا.

The European Union welcomes with great satisfaction the recent statements by the leaderships of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorny Karabakh made during the visit of the Head of the CSCE Minsk Group, Ambassador Eliasson, to the region.

On 23 June, the Special Envoy of the President of the Russian Federation and the Chairman of the CSCE Minsk Group jointly appealed to the conflicting parties not to resume fighting and to sign a political declaration by the end of August.
وفي ٢٣ حزيران/يونيه، اشترك المبعوث الخاص لرئيس الاتحاد الروسي مع رئيس فريق مينسك التابع لمؤتمر اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا في توجيه نداء إلى اﻷطراف المتنازعة بعدم استئناف القتال وتوقيع إعلان سياسي بحلول نهاية شهر آب/أغسطس.

As an interested party, Armenia has advocated an unconditional cease-fire and has fully supported all the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) initiatives. The Government of Armenia sees no alternative to the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict, than that which can be reached within the framework of the CSCE Minsk Conference.
