I was really quite taken aback when I heard that there is a meeting scheduled to listen to the Deputy State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, who is due to speak on Thursday at the Commission on Human Rights.

I will make my concluding statement, which will last about 20 minutes, and that should enable the delegation of Hungary to contact its capital in order to ensure that the Deputy State Secretary will be able to address the Conference on Friday 3 March.
