٣ - وأصدرت حكومة اليابان إشعارا يستند الى قرار مراقبة النقد اﻷجنبي يخضع بموجبه دفع أموال الى أشخاص أو كيانات داخل هايتي أو لكيانات تسيطر عليها، وكذلك اﻷموال الموجهة للخارج من قبل هؤلاء اﻷشخاص أو الكيانات لترخيص من الحكومة.

(I) The Ministry of Finance has amended its relevant notifications so that money-lending contracts with persons or entities residing in Haiti or with entities controlled by them and direct investment pertinent to business in Haiti shall require a prior notification to the Government; and

41. In view of the foregoing, the Economic and Social Council may wish to consider whether it should continue to be kept regularly informed of progress achieved in the elaboration of a long-term programme of support to Haiti or decide to subordinate its consideration of the matter to positive developments in the political situation of the country.

33- فالقانون الدستوري الهايتي يكرس مبدأ `حق الدم`؛ وبالتالي فإن أطفال الرعايا الهايتيين هم هايتيون - سواء ولدوا في هايتي أو في بلد آخر(32).

(c) The Ministry of Economy and Development and the Ministry of Finance have given the appropriate instructions to their various branches and to the customs service of the Republic to prevent the import of commodities and products originating in Haiti, or the export to that country of products originating in Nicaragua or elsewhere, in accordance with the terms of the resolution;
