(و) يوقع الموظف الذي يختار بديل الحصول على إجازة خاصة المبين في القاعدة 9/8 (د) تعهدا يقر فيه بأن منحه إجازة خاصة هو لغرض المعاش التقاعدي لا لغرض آخر وأن ما يحق له ولمعاليه من جميع المكافآت والاستحقاقات الأخرى بموجب النظامين الأساسي والإداري للموظفين إنما يتقرر في النهاية اعتبارا من تاريخ بدء هذه الإجازة الخاصة.
