Most of the increase ($9,359,700) is due to the full 12-month costing of the additional 121 posts and non-post resources approved by the General Assembly in resolution 56/241, and the four posts approved in resolution 56/255 for the Office of the United Nations Security Coordinator, in addition to costs related to the proposal to establish 24 additional posts.

The Committee recommends that the General Assembly request the Secretary-General to make all necessary adjustments to the proposed programme budget for 2014-2015 in order to ensure that its narratives are identical to those of the biennium programme plan approved by the Assembly in resolution 67/236.

13. Should the General Assembly approve the recommendations of ICSC, the personal transitional allowance paid to staff who otherwise would have experienced a loss in compensation when moving to the new conditions of service approved by the Assembly in resolution 63/250 will be eliminated.
13 - وإذا وافقت الجمعية العامة على توصيات لجنة الخدمة المدنية الدولية سيجري إلغاء البدل المؤقت الشخصي الذي يدفع للموظفين الذين كانوا سيتعرضون، لولا ذلك، لنقص في التعويضات عند الانتقال لشروط الخدمة الجديدة التي وافقت عليها الجمعية العامة في القرار 63/250.

32. The activities under the Programme of Assistance will be carried out in 2013 in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations contained in the report of the Secretary-General submitted to the General Assembly during its sixty-sixth session (A/66/505, sect. III) and approved by the Assembly in resolution 66/97.
32 - ستنفذ الأنشطة الجارية في إطار برنامج المساعدة في عام 2013 وفقا للمبادئ التوجيهية والتوصيات الواردة في تقرير الأمين العام المقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السادسة والستين (A/66/505، الفرع الثالث) والتي وافقت عليها الجمعية العامة في القرار 66/97.

The Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions, in paragraph 8 of its report (A/50/7/Add.11), agreed with the proposal of the Secretary-General that the increase in the level of the education grant (including that for disabled children), approved by the Assembly in resolution 49/223 of 23 December 1994, be extended to members of the Court as from 1 January 1995.
