The present document thus presents the financial performance report on the basis of the programme and budgets for 2004-2005, as contained in document IDB.27/3-PBC.19/3, approved in General Conference decision GC.10/Dec.17 and assessed on Member States, as well as the supplementary appropriation in accordance with decision GC.11/Dec.15.
3- ومن ثم تعرض هذه الوثيقة تقرير الأداء المالي استنادا إلى برنامج وميزانيتي الفترة 2004-2005، بالصيغة الواردة في الوثيقة IDB.27/3-PBC.19/3 والتي وافق عليها المؤتمر العام في المقرّر م ع-10/م-17 وقُرّرت على أساسها اشتراكات الدول الأعضاء، وكذلك الاعتماد التكميلي وفقا للمقرر م ع-11/م-15.

Regarding payment plans, Ukraine had, as stipulated in the payment plan approved by the General Conference, recently paid a second instalment of one million euros.

2. The budget estimates for the biennium 2004-2005 approved by the General Conference in decision GC.10/Dec.17 consisted of gross expenditure of Euro145,013,300, to be financed from assessed contributions in the amount of Euro142,000,000 and other income of Euro3,013,300.
2- تألّفت تقديرات ميزانية فترة السنتين 2004-2005 التي وافق عليها المؤتمر العام في المقرّر م ع-10/م-17 من نفقات إجمالية قدرها 300 013 145 يورو، تُموّل من اشتراكات قدرها 000 000 142 يورو، ومن إيرادات أخرى قدرها 300 013 3 يورو.

The budget estimates for the biennium 2006-2007 approved by the General Conference in decision GC.11/Dec.18 consisted of gross expenditure of Euro154,009,900 to be financed from assessed contributions in the amount of Euro150,785,600 and other income of Euro3,224,300.
2- تألّفت تقديرات الميزانية لفترة السنتين 2006-2007 التي وافق عليها المؤتمر العام في المقرّر م ع-11/م-18 من نفقات إجمالية قدرها 900 009 154 يورو، تُموَّل من اشتراكات مقررة قدرها 600 785 150 يورو، ومن إيرادات أخرى قدرها 300 224 3 يورو.

Therefore, all assets, liabilities, reserves and fund balances of the General Fund and other Headquarters funds were converted to euros on 1 January 2002, using the exchange rates approved by the General Conference (GC.9/Dec.15), i.e. ATS 13.7603 = Euro1 and $1 = Euro1.123 (or Euro1 = $0.890472).
ولذلك حوّلت جميع موجودات والتزامات واحتياطيات وأرصدة الصندوق العام وصناديق المقر الأخرى إلى اليورو في 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2002، باستخدام أسعار الصرف التي وافق عليها المؤتمر العام (م ع-9/م-15)، أي 13.7603 شلنا نمساويا لليـورو الواحد، و 1.123 يورو للدولار الواحد (أو 0.890472 دولار لليورو الواحد).

Introduction The programme and budgets, 1998-1999, approved by the General Conference in decision GC.7/Dec.16, were prepared on the basis of the Business Plan on the Future Role and Functions of UNIDO approved by the Industrial Development Board in June 1997 (IDB.17/Dec.2).
