Encouraging Governments and all other relevant stakeholders to consider taking concrete initiatives in support of the financing for development preparatory process and the high-level international intergovernmental event, within the framework of its substantive agenda,
وإذ تشجع الحكومات وسائر أصحاب المصلحة ذوي الصلة على النظر في اتخاذ مبادرات ملموسة دعما للعملية التحضيرية لتمويل التنمية والحدث الحكومي الدولي رفيع المستوى، في إطار جدول أعماله الموضوعي،

Welcoming the regional consultative meetings being held to provide the regional input to the financing for development process, and encouraging the deepening of regional efforts in support of the financing for development preparatory process and the high-level international intergovernmental event, within the framework of its substantive agenda,
وإذ ترحب بالاجتماعات الاستشارية الإقليمية التي تعقد حاليا لتقديم إسهامات إقليمية في عملية تمويل التنمية، وتشجع على تعميق الجهود الإقليمية دعما للعملية التحضيرية لتمويل التنمية والحدث الحكومي الدولي رفيع المستوى، في إطار جدول أعماله الموضوعي،

Also welcoming the hearings held with civil society to support the financing for development process, looking forward to the contribution of the forthcoming hearings with the private sector, and encouraging the deepening of those efforts in support of the financing for development preparatory process and the high-level international intergovernmental event, within the framework of its substantive agenda,
وإذ ترحب أيضا بجلسات الاستماع المعقودة بمشاركة المجتمع المدني دعما لعملية تمويل التنمية، وتتطلع إلى إسهام جلسات الاستماع المقبلة بمشاركة القطاع الخاص، وتشجع على تعميق تلك الجهود دعما للعملية التحضيرية لتمويل التنمية والحدث الحكومي الدولي رفيع المستوى، في إطار جدول أعماله الموضوعي،

4. Reiterates, as identified in the report of the Working Group, that both the preparatory process and the high-level intergovernmental event should involve the participation of all relevant stakeholders;
٤ - تؤكد من جديد على أن تشارك جميع اﻷطراف المؤثرة ذات الصلة في العملية التحضيرية والحدث الحكومي الدولي الرفيع المستوى، على نحو ما أشار إليه تقرير الفريق العامل؛

Welcoming General Assembly resolution 55/245 of 21 March 2001 on the substantive preparatory process and the high-level international intergovernmental event on financing for development, and the fact that Mexico will host the International Conference on Financing for Development in 2002,
وإذ ترحب بقرار الجمعية العامة 55/245 المؤرخ 21 آذار/مارس 2001 بشأن العملية التحضيرية الموضوعية والحدث الحكومي الدولي الرفيع المستوى وبأن المكسيك سوف تستضيف المؤتمر الدولي بشأن تمويل التنمية في عام 2002،

3. Requests the Secretary-General to address a letter to all Governments further sensitizing them to the high profile and high level of participation that the substantive preparatory process and the high-level international intergovernmental event on financing for development deserve.
3 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يوجه رسالة إلى جميع الحكومات لمواصلة إشعارها بما تستحقه العملية التحضيرية الموضوعية والحدث الحكومي الدولي رفيع المستوى المعني بتمويل التنمية من أهمية ومن اشتراك على مستوى رفيع.

2. Since the adoption of the General Assembly resolution, the Secretariat has contacted a wide range of relevant stakeholders, drawing their attention to the resolution, in particular to the wish of the General Assembly that both the preparatory process and the high-level intergovernmental event should involve their participation.
2 - ومنذ اتخاذ قرار الجمعية العامة، اتصلت الأمانة العامة بمجموعة كبيرة من أصحاب المصلحة ذوي الصلة، لتوجيه اهتمامهم إلى هذا القرار، وبخاصة إلى رغبة الجمعية العامة في أن يشاركوا في كل من العملية التحضيرية والحدث الحكومي الدولي الرفيع المستوى.
