The Committee regrets the absence of comprehensive and disaggregated data on complaints, investigations, prosecutions and convictions in cases of torture and ill-treatment perpetrated by law enforcement and prison personnel, as well as on deaths in custody, extrajudicial executions, gender-based violence, trafficking, lynching and criminal conduct related to harmful traditional practices.
28- تعرب اللجنة عن أسفها لعدم توفُّر بيانات شاملة ومصنّفة عن الشكاوى والتحقيقات والملاحقات والإدانات المتعلقة بحالات التعذيب وسوء المعاملة التي يرتكبها موظفو إنفاذ القانون والعاملون في السجون وبحالات الوفاة أثناء الاحتجاز، وكذلك عن حالات الإعدام خارج القضاء والعنف القائم على نوع الجنس والاتجار بالبشر وحالات الإعدام الغوغائي والسلوك الإجرامي المرتبط بالعادات التقليدية الضارة.
