The Executive Secretary, in collaboration with UNEP and FAO and in consultation with Parties as relevant, has also prepared options for the review of the synergies arrangements and its methodology, including draft terms of reference that encompass the requests set out in paragraphs 5, 6, 10 and 13 of the omnibus decision, given that they all relate to the implementation and the results of the synergies arrangements.
