the Committee also reminds the State party that it should widely disseminate information on the available domestic remedies for acts of racial discrimination, legal avenues for obtaining compensation in cases of discrimination and the individual complaint procedure under article 14 of the Convention.
وتذكّر اللجنة أيضاً الدولة الطرف بضرورة قيامها بنشر المعلومات المتعلقة بسبل الانتصاف المحلية المتاحة من أعمال التمييز العنصري، والسبل القانونية المتبعة للحصول على تعويض في قضايا التمييز، وبإجراءات تقديم الشكاوى الفردية بموجب المادة 14 من الاتفاقية على نطاق واسع.

the Committee also notes that the State party's obligations include observance of the rules adopted by the Committee, which are inseparable from the Convention, including rule 108 of the rules of procedure, which is specifically intended to give meaning and scope to articles 3 and 22 of the Convention.

8.3 The Committee further recalls that it has repeatedly held that it is not a final instance competent to re-evaluate findings of fact or the application of domestic legislation, unless it can be ascertained that the proceedings before the domestic courts were arbitrary or amounted to a denial of justice.
