وتشعر حكومتي مرة أخرى بخيبة اﻷمل لاعتماد مشروع القرار A/49/L.60، المتعلق بمرتفعات الجولان، ولئن صوتت حكومتي مؤيدة لقرار مجلس اﻷمن ٤٩٧ )١٩٨١( بشأن مركز مرتفعات الجولان، فإننا على اقتناع بأن مشروع القرار A/49/L.60، شأنه شأن مشاريع القرارات اﻷخرى التي تعالج مسائل يجري التفاوض عليها، يؤدي الى تعقيد التوصل الى نتيجة مقبولة للجانبين.
