The Committee regrets that the Secretary-General has not provided concrete data on the imposition of concrete measures taken to enforce accountability in cases where contested decisions have resulted in awards of compensation to staff and requests the Secretary-General to provide more detailed information in this regard in his next report on the administration of justice.
