As the Convention provides that the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons may refer certain matters to specific organs of the United Nations, the Secretariats of the United Nations and that organization are currently negotiating a relationship agreement.

Increasing cooperation between the United Nations and the OSCE in two other areas — the protection of human rights and economic cooperation — also deserves every support.
كما أن التعاون المتزايــد بيــن اﻷمــم المتحدة وتلك المنظمة في مجالين آخرين - وهما حماية حقوق اﻹنسان والتعاون الاقتصادي - يستحق أيضا كل تأييد.

IOM participates in most of the major regional consultative processes as a partner or observer and provides secretariat services for many of the major processes.
