٢ - يشجع مؤتمر اﻷطراف أيضا القيام، عن طريق شتى اﻵليات القائمة داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وعن طريق المؤسسات المالية المتعددة اﻷطراف، بتقديم الدعم على الصُعد الوطني ودون الاقليمي والاقليمي إلى اﻷنشطة التي تمكﱢن اﻷطراف من البلدان النامية من الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية.

٤ - تدابير تدعيم الجهود الرامية الى منع ومكافحة الجريمة المنظمة وغسل اﻷموال والفساد على الصعيد الوطني ودون الاقليمي والاقليمي .

2. ٢- يشجع مؤتمر اﻷطراف أيضا القيام، عن طريق شتى اﻵليات داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وعن طريق المؤسسات المالية المتعددة اﻷطراف، بتقديم الدعم على الصُعد الوطني ودون الاقليمي والاقليمي إلى اﻷنشطة التي تمكﱢن اﻷطراف من البلدان النامية من الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية.

(a) Promote discussion and comprehension of the relevant issues in the implementation of Agenda 21 at national, subregional and regional levels in order to advance plans and programmes and promote cooperation between countries and specialized agencies for follow-up on status of implementation;
)أ( تعزيز مناقشة وتفهم القضايا ذات الصلة في تنفيذ جدول أعمال القرن ٢١ على الصعيد الوطني ودون الاقليمي والاقليمي من أجل النهوض بالخطط والبرامج وتشجيع التعاون بين البلدان والوكالات المتخصصة ﻹجراء متابعة لحالة التنفيذ؛
