12 - وشارك أيضا في أعمال الاجتماع بصفة مراقب، مركز جنيف الدولي لإزالة الألغام للأغراض الإنسانية واللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر، والائتلاف المناهض للذخائر العنقودية، وذلك بموجب المادة 1 (2) من النظام الداخلي.

14. The International Committee of the Red Cross, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining and the Cluster Munition Coalition also participated in the work of the Meeting as observers, pursuant to rule 1 (2) of the rules of procedure.
14- وشارك فى أعمال الاجتماع بصفة مراقب، اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر، والاتحاد الدولي لجمعيات الصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر، ومركز جنيف الدولي لإزالة الألغام للأغراض الإنسانية، والائتلاف المناهض للذخيرة العنقودية وذلك بموجب المادة 1 (2) من النظام الداخلي.

The above articles stipulate that the father is responsible for the child's attachment to him and for establishing his parentage, while the mother is responsible for breastfeeding the child after birth, in accordance with article 77 of the Rights of the Child Act.
