The El Salvador Customs Service does implement security measures on temporary storage sites and warehouses during the import, export and transit movement of firearms, in accordance with articles 59 to 69 of the Regulations on the Act on the Control and Regulation of Arms, Ammunition, Explosives and Similar Items.
وتقوم دائرة الجمارك السلفادورية بتنفيذ تدابير أمنية في المستودعات ومواقع التخزين المؤقتة أثناء استيراد الأسلحة النارية أو تصديرها أو عبورها، وفقا للمواد من 59 إلى 69 من اللوائح التطبيقية لقانون مراقبة وضبط الأسلحة والذخائر والمتفجرات والمواد المماثلة لها.

Furthermore, the Penal Code typifies offences such as the possession, bearing or conveyance of military weapons and the illegal trade and storage of weapons, and there is also the Act on the Control and Regulation of Arms, Ammunition, Explosives and Similar Items, and its Regulations.
وفضلا عن ذلك، يجرم قانون العقوبات حيازة الأسلحة العسكرية أو حملها أو نقلها وكذا تخزين الأسلحة والاتجار غير المشروع بها. وتجدر الإشارة في هذا الصدد أيضا إلى وجود قانون مراقبة وضبط الأسلحة والذخائر والمتفجرات والمواد المماثلة لها ولوائحه التطبيقية.

As mentioned previously, the applicable laws are the Constitution; the Penal Code; and the Act on the Control and Regulation of Arms, Ammunition, Explosives and Similar Items, and its Regulations; as well as those conventions and treaties signed and ratified by El Salvador that make provisions for permits to be issued by the Ministry of Defence.
وتتمثل النصوص القانونية المعمول بها، كما سبق ذكره، في الدستور، وقانون العقوبات، وقانون مراقبة وضبط الأسلحة والذخائر والمتفجرات والمواد المماثلة لها ولوائحه التطبيقية؛ والاتفاقيات والمعاهدات التي وقعت وصدقت عليها السلفادور والتي تضم أحكاما بشأن التراخيص التي تصدرها وزارة الدفاع.

At the level of secondary legislation, El Salvador has the Act on Regulation and Control of Weapons, Ammunition, Explosives and Similar Articles, for the control and Regulation of the use, manufacture, import, export and trade in firearms, ammunition, explosives, accessories and similar articles, as well as their storage, transport and possession.
وعلى صعيد التشريعات الثانوية، فـفـي السلفادور قانون تنظيـم وضبط الأسلحة والذخائر والمتفجرات والمواد المماثلة، الذي يهدف إلى ضبط وتنظيـم استعمال الأسلحة النارية والذخائر والمتفجرات واللوازم والمواد المماثلة وصناعتها واستيرادها وتصديرها والاتجار فيها، وكذلك تخزينها ونقلها وحيازتها.

Article 58 of the Act on Regulation and Control of Weapons, Ammunition, Explosives and Similar Articles prohibits natural and legal persons from manufacturing, importing, exporting, trading, possessing or carrying:
