88 - ويؤدي تزايد الاحتلال العسكري للأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة والجولان المحتل وما يتصل به من قرارات بحظر التجول على الصعيد المحلي وإغلاق للطرق وتكاثر في نقاط المراقبة إلى جعل الحياة اليومية للفلسطينيين وغيرهم من العرب حياة لا تطاق، وتؤدي إلى خنق شعب بأكمله وخنق اقتصاده وثقافته.

91. Another matter of concern for the Special Committee is the more and increasingly evident policy of the Israelis to control access to and use of water in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and the occupied Golan at the expense of Palestinians and other Arabs living in these areas.

30 - يبين هذا الفرع مدى تضرر حقوق الإنسان للفلسطينيين وغيرهم من العرب في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة أو انتهاكها بفعل السياسات والممارسات الإسرائيلية خلال السنة قيد الاستعراض.

In its conclusions, the Special Committee urges international and national media to give the matter broader coverage in order to make the appalling human rights situation of Palestinians and other Arabs in the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT) and in the occupied Syrian Golan better known to the world.
وتحث اللجنة الخاصة في استنتاجاتها وسائل الإعلام الدولية والوطنية على زيادة التغطية التي تقدمها لهذه المسألة من أجل زيادة تعريف العالم بالحالة المزرية لحقوق الإنسان التي يعيشها الفلسطينيون وغيرهم من العرب في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة وفي الجولان السوري المحتل.
